At the very moment a thunder was about to struck on Natsuki, Shu'uya saves her. He tells her that he thought he could do anything to change the course of time. He also tells her to leave him, but she doesn't listen. She's sympathetic to him, that he's doing this all alone for his sister. He's sorry for what he's done to her. She holds him from behind.
Next morning, Natsuki tells her mother for the first time that she's been suffering from a panic attack ever since the kidnapping incident. For the past 15 years, Natsuki had Kentarou to help her when she had an attack. However, Natsuki realizes it's about time she stops being a burden to him, and takes care of her own self.
Shu'uya is very exhausted from his time travels. He wants to end the whole thing. He starts preparation for his departure from 2014.
During a charity concert by Mami, Shu'uya meets Kentarou. Kentarou asks Shu'uya not to hurt Natsuki. Shu'uya agrees and tells him that he's leaving soon.
Natsuki goes to see Shu'uya on campus, and asks him if he's about to leave. He tells her that there's nothing he can do any more. He's glad that Kentarou came to Mami's concert. He thinks if Kentarou stays near Mami, things will be fine.
Then, Natsuki's phone rings. Kentarou tells her that Mami got in a traffic accident and is in a hospital. Natsuki and Shu'uya hurries to see her.
Natsuki tells Kentarou that she told her mother about her panic attack. She also tells him that she was supposed to be killed by kidnappers. She survived because Shu'uya changed the course of time. However, time keeps trying to get things back to "what they are supposed to be". Time tries to kill her and that's why she gets those attacks.
Natsuki tells Kentarou she doesn't need his help any more. It's about time they put an period to the kidnapping incident. Natsuki is going to take care of herself and let him go. Kentarou agrees.
Natsuki's mother decides that she hid the fact that the drug she developed has a side effect... If the drug is mixed with alcoholic drinks, the patient may die. She admits she hid the fact to get an approval for commercial production of the drug to save her daughter from the kidnappers. She regrets for what she's done and wants to apologize even if it costs her losing her position as a researcher and drug developer.
Natsuki realizes that she's the reason why the course of time is twisted and Mami is always pulled toward death even if Shu'uya goes back in time and change things.
Natsuki asks Shu'uya to go back 15 years ago and not to help her released from the kidnappers. That means her death and her mother's suicide. She knows all the consequences, but she insists. Shu'uya tells him he cannot let her die.
