Shu'uya (played by Gackt) embraces Natsuki (played by Kuroki Meisa) who's having a panic attack. Natsuki remembers that Shu'uya was the guy who saved her from her kidnappers 15 years ago. She realizes although she looks pretty different now, changing from a little girl to an adult woman, Shu'uya looks exactly the same as 15 years even with the same earrings and all.
Shu'uya admits that he was the guy who saved her and carried her on his back, he doesn't answer why he's still the same. He just says "It's destiny," and disappears.
As a scientist, Natsuki isn't satisfied with destiny as the answer. She starts to investigate why he doesn't age, from biological points of views as well as physics.
Kentarou (played by Hiraoka Yu'uta) who listened to the conversation between Natsuki and Shu'uya on his cell phone asks Natsuki what happened. He asks her what she meant when she told Shu'uya she had been waiting for him. Natsuki doesn't explain, but tells him she doesn't quite understand what's going on.
Natsuki goes to see Shu'uya to return the CD she borrowed and asks why he saved her 15 years ago and also this time. He answers, "I couldn't make everything over again." He tells her if she promises him never to get close to Shu'uya, he would give her the answer. He also says that she's going to fall in love with him so that everything will be fine.
In his dream, Shu'uya calls a woman on his phone. When she answers, he says she's alive and starts to sob. He seems to be plotting things that involve Natsuki and Shu'uya for this woman. She's a famous violinist who stayed in the hospital Shu'uya's family owns. She's coming to the hospital again this time to hold a charity concert.
On the day of the concert, Natsuki and Kentarou meet in the hospital. Natsuki admits that Shu'uya looks just like her first love, the guy who saved her 15 years ago. Kentarou is relieved to know that there isn't anything special going on between Natsuki and Shu'uya. He gives her a diamond ring, saying he wants to be with her all the time from now on.
Then the time stops. When it starts again, Shu'uya is standing next to Natsuki and Kentarou, saying "No. I'm not letting you do this."
He also says, "I'm going to succeed this time. I'm not going to let you disturb me again."
Then the time is rewinded. The same conversation between Natsuki and Kentarou starts again. This time, before Kentarou gives her the ring, Shu'uya appears. He says, "This is fate," and he kisses her.
