Shu'uya's going back in time and changing other people's actions cause Natsuki to have 2 different memories of the same event. She's confused.

Mami (Taketomi Seika) plays violin in the hospital owned by Kentaro's parents. After the concert, Shu'uya appears suddenly to make her meet Kentaro.
Mami had an intractable disease and stayed in Kentaro's parents' hospital when she was small. When she was 15 years old, a new drug was created and saved her life.
During her hospital stay, she saw Kentaro in the hospital. Ever since then, Kentaro is in her heart as her first love. Meeting him again made her heart fluttered.
In a hospital hallway, a woman recognizes Shu'uya and calls him Mami's older brother (!!!).
After being kissed by Shu'uya, Natuki says, "I thought you came to save me." He replies, "I'm sorry to get you involved in this."
Natsuki realizes she has two versions of memory of meeting Kentaro at the hospital. In the first version, Kentaro asks her to be together and tries to give her a diamond ring. In the second version, Shu'uya appears right before Kentaro tries to give her the ring, and kisses her in front of Kentaro.
Mami goes to see Natsuki's mother in her lab at a university. Natsuki's mother is a research pharmacist. She is the one who created the new drug that Mami has been taking. Mami says "thank you" to her.
When Natsuki's colleague who saw Kentaro chatting with Mami asks about his relationship with Natsuki, he admits he sometimes feels suffocated when he's with Natsuki. He feels guilty for the kidnapping, that she was kidnapped because the kidnapper thought she was Kentaro. Natsuki hears his statement and gets shocked.
In a library, Natsuki hears a big noise. She suddenly remembers that she was stabbed by the kidnapper 15 years ago. She also remembers that Shu'uya saving her from the kidnapper. Here again, two versions of the same incident. She is in a panic attack. Shu'uya tries to help her, but she refuses, saying she can take care of herself.
Natsuki and Shu'ya sit on a bench in a park. Shu'uya tells her he's been doing this to fulfill his promise with his father that he would help his sister develop her talent (become a violinist).
Natsuki's mother passes by the park and see them together. At home, the mother tells Natsuki never to get involved with Shu'uya. However, the mother doesn't tell her the reason why.
15 years ago when Natsuki was kidnapped, Shu'uya appeared suddenly in front of Natsuki's mother. He told her Natsuki was going to be killed, but if she wants Natsuki to stay alive, she must fulfill his demand. So she did. She doesn't understand why he appeared again this time.
Natsuki meets Kentaro and asks him about the ring. She asks if he tried to give her the ring, but he answers he never did. She finds out she's the only person to have two versions of a memory.
It's in the future, time travel makes Shu'uya extremely exhausted. He knows his sister committed suicide. What he's been trying to do is not to have that happen.
