The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed in Sun

Sugimura and his colleagues are now investigating the bus-jack incident.  They come to suspect that the culprit, the old man may be a instructor of "Personal Development / Sensitivity Training" seminars.  After large companies ditched such seminars, some organizations that were hired to offer the seminars changed into pyramid scheme companies, using "sensitivity training" to increase members.  The bus-jacker may have been a high-ranking member of such a company.  As the 3 people the bus-jacker named before he died were involved in a pyramid scheme, this may be the connection between them.

Those who works under the editor-in-chief have a Chinese dinner together.  During the dinner, Tejima, an editor who was one of the hostages of the bus-jack, reveals that hostages received money from the bus-jacker.  The editor-in-chief did not know about this as she did not receive anything.

Mano and Sugihara

After the dinner, the mysterious woman Mano Kyouko asks Sugihara out for a talk.  In a coffee shop, she tells him that she has been sexually harassed by her colleague, Ide, a middle aged editor.  After the editor-in-chief and Sugihara reprimand him, Ide stops coming to work.

Hashimoto, a good-looking secretary

Sugihara's wife is getting close to Hashimoto, one of the secretaries who works closely with her father, the CEO.  It is not clear whether Hashimoto has been carrying a torch for her since he started working for the company or this is a part of a plot he is involved in.

Sugihara, a private investigator

Sugihara finds out that the late Kitami, a private investigator, knew Adachi who is on the run as a murder suspect.  Adachi worked for Takakoshi, swindling money from mortgage firms.  The report Adahi gave to Takakoshi's wife was written by Kitami.  

Sugihara meets Adachi and they go to Kitami's apartment to meet Kitami's wife and Takakoshi's pregnant wife.
