Here is another Mahoro Ekimae movie. It's a story about two divorced men played by Eita and Matsuda Ryu'uhei who work as handymen, meddling with their clients' lives. This is going to be a fun movie, I bet. (continued)
The original was a short-novel series written by Miura Shimon published on a literary magazine, Bungei Shunju'u. In 2006, Mahoro Ekimae Tada Benriken, the first book of short stories was published. This was made into a movie with the same title in 2011.
In 2009, Mahoro Ekimae Bangaichi, the second book was published and this was made into a short, midnight TV series in 2013. (continued)
In 2013, Mahoro Ekimae Kyousoukyoku was published. Currently they are shooting a movie of this. It's going to come to Japanese movie theaters in October.
I am not very clear about this movie's story, but it seems to involve with taking care of a girl and bus jacking.
Kyousoukyoku originally comes from "協奏曲" which means "a concerto". However, in this movie's title, it is written as "狂騒曲". 狂 means "crazy/mad", 騒 means "noisy", and 曲 means "a tune".
I cant' wait to see it!
