The final episode shows Motoko as a woman who tried the best she could to overcome her difficult living situations. She struggled hard throughout her life not to be used by men and improve herself to be "Seijo", a sacred woman. Perhaps, sacredness and evilness aren't the total opposites. It all depends how people see and judge a certain phenomenon.

Haruki wakes up from his dream. He now sees the reality and realizes what kind of woman Motoko is. Is it too late? Does this stain make him lose what he has now? Or will he able to go through with this without much damage?

Motoko is a free woman, and tries to re-build her life and become a Seijo (sacred woman). She knows what she wants and goes after Haruki.
Haruki's weird brother now has a fresh look with clean/shaved face and clean/ironed clothes. However, his mind is far from fresh.

Motoko's trial has begun. She claims she didn't kill nor she tried to kill anybody.
We still don't know Motoko is telling the truth or she's a big liar.
Haruki's big brother Katsuki (played by Aoyagi Shou) is a mysterious man. What part is he going to play in this drama?

Some people claim Motoko (played by Hirosue Ryouko) is evil. Some others claim she's a saint. Who is she?
She's now behind bars. Haruki (played by Nagayama Kento) is her defense lawyer. She's his first love. He still carries a special sentiment for her.

Is she "Seijo 聖女" (a holy woman) or "Akujo 悪女" (an evil woman)? That is the question.
She looks pure-hearted in front of Katsuki, telling him he's the only man she truly loved. However, what she's done to many other men makes her look like she's a swindler, sucking money and possibly, life out of them.
